Rizzed Refund Policy

At Rizzed, we want you to love your sea salt spray. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your sea salt spray must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In its original packaging

You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@gotrizzed.com. 

Once your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label free of charge and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that your sea salt spray is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@gotrizzed.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used sea salt sprays. Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions regarding your specific item, please reach out to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@gotrizzed.com.
